DVD

One-Time Purchase of a License:

Films produced and distributed by Groh Productions Inc. are not sold outright, but they are licensed for the life the the physical program (if you license a DVD), for use only by the person or organization acquiring the license, either directly from Groh Productions or through an authorized distributor.

Previewing a Film or Purchasing a License to Use a Film and Program:

• Material may not be reproduced in whole or in part. They may not be altered, edited, or adapted in any way.
• Material may not be streamed in whole or in part.
• Material may not be digitized, or copies in any format.
• A DVD license is always for a single site/single monitor use only.
• Materials may not be rented, previewed or loaned outside the licensee's organization(s), subsidiaries, and divisions.
• Broadcast, telecast, or transmittal, including closed circuit is prohibited.
• A DVD License conveys the right to direct projection over a single monitor only.
• All RIghts not specifically granted are reserved by Groh Productions Inc.
• Educational facilities are limited to use by faculty and staff only.
• Videos cannot be circulated in a library.

By purchasing a license or previewing Groh Productions Inc. programs, customers consent to the terms and conditions listed above.

These policies are an agreement between their organization and Groh Productions Inc.

Every customer who previews a program or licenses a program by Groh Productions Inc. receives a copy of this license.

All Groh Productions films are protected by U.S. and International Copyright Laws.

Consent of Terms and Conditions or Return Policy

Once receiving the DVD the above Terms and Conditions are also enclosed with the DVD for review. By breaking the seal and opening the DVD box, customers are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions found on our website at http://www.grohtv.com/terms-conditions.shtml

If a client cannot agree to the terms and conditions on the website please do not open the box and return it to Groh Productions Inc. within seven days of receipt of the product for a full refund.

Streaming

A streaming license is valid for seven (7) days — ten (10) uses & single IP address. A one (1), two (2) and three (3) year license is also available. Call us for details.
